Priority Level Definitions

Critical: Issues that cause complete downtime, loss of service, or severe malfunction affecting all users. Examples include server crashes, security breaches, or functionality failures that prevent transactions or critical operations.

High: Issues that significantly impact the performance or functionality of the website but do not completely halt operations. Examples might include major feature malfunctions that affect a significant portion of users or critical content errors.

Medium: Issues that impact a limited number of users or involve non-critical features. Examples include minor feature bugs, performance issues that do not severely affect user experience, or problems with secondary functions.

Low: Requests for minor changes or issues that have minimal impact on the website’s functionality or user experience. This includes cosmetic changes, text edits, or minor bug fixes.
